After having graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in psychology in 2023, I decided to pursue my desire to explore the intricate conditions of being human through the medium of art. The closer relationship I had with music during my high school years in The American Robert College of Istanbul, slowly gravitated towards visual arts, with a primary interest in lens-based mediums. Preserving my identity as an artist, I am working towards becoming a curator as well as an arts and cultural manager.
In a relatively short period of time, I have gained industry experience by having worked in various organizations and respected names in the field including the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts, Contemporary Istanbul, 212 Photography Istanbul and Taner Ceylan Studio. I am currently continuing my studies in the Node Center for Curatorial Studies in the International Curatorial Program in addition to working on independent artistic and curatorial projects.
