CULTURAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & CURATION
• Research, conceptualization, and development of artistic and cultural projects
• Creation of curatorial frameworks, exhibition narratives, and public program concepts
• Coordination with artists, cultural institutions, partners, and external collaborators
• Writing and preparation of project proposals, dossiers, curatorial texts, and final reports
• Consultancy to strengthen cultural programming, curatorial strategy, and project feasibility
Indicative Fees*:
→ Full-cycle project management (3–6 months): €3,000 – €10,000 per project
→ Partial project roles (exhibition coordination, curatorial support, production follow-up, venue assistance): €500 – €2,000

EVENT ORGANIZATION & MANAGEMENT
• Operational and logistical coordination of exhibitions, festivals, residencies, and public programs
• Management of venues, installation schedules, technical requirements, and production workflows
• On-site coordination for artists and guests, including scheduling and logistical support
• Supervision of extended teams such as technicians, designers, and volunteers when required
Indicative Fees*:
→ Short-term or single-day assignments: €400 – €1,000
→ Multi-day or multi-phase events with extended coordination needs: €1,000 – €2,200

• Management of digital platforms such as websites, social media, and newsletters

Hourly Rates & Additional Costs
• Hourly rates (applied only to short-term or clearly defined tasks): €20 – €40 per hour
• Additional production costs (equipment rental, specialised software, travel, printing, or other project-specific expenses) are budgeted separately and invoiced transparently following prior agreement
